Return Policy

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving an item. To initiate a return, contact us at support@strongbodylabs.com.

If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Returns are not allowed for sale items or gift cards. Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

We will receive package contains the originally ordered product(s), either opened or unopened, postmarked within 30 days of the received date and the included RMA number obtained from customer service.
